Decelerator
The shells (gear boxes) are manufactured by adopting the cast iron (FC25) with high stress (tensile force), and are machined by the CNC (computer numerical control machinery) machining center machinery and LATHE machining with high precision. The gears are manufactured by adopting alloy steel (SNCM-21 and SCM-21) and vacuum carburization heat treatment. Then, the shaft is calibrated and grinded; hence the degree of accuracy is extremely high. High wear-resisting; high impact-resisting; The safety factor is larger than 5.0; long life.
Buffer
The flywheel is adopted to start with buffer, and runs with high inertia. It is very steady (stable) and smooth during starting and braking processes, and the weigh thing won’t shake.
Motor
High performance; high torsion (torque); the heat is easily eliminated (released); endure the voltage higher than 1500V; small (low) current; compact (small volume); high output power; available in high frequencies.
Electromagnetic Brake :
The direct-current braking is adopted; large brake force; the brake force can be directly adjustable by a screw; high wear-resisting brake pads are adopted; long (service) life, high safety, never fall off.
